How I Hate My Flabby Arms

I have issues when somebody touch my arms...flabby. Whenever somebody touch my arms...satu perasaan yang amat tidak best because they can feel the gebuness of my lengan yang amat macho. I read somewhere, if kita cubit lengan kita dan ukuran cubitan itu melebihi 2cm bermakna kita terlebih muatan berat badan. And of course mine sangatlah overnya. Hahaha

My problem is bila I put on weight, the fatS will go to my thigh, tummy and arms! Macam-macam yang saya beli to get rid of the gebuness of my arms as well as my peha dan perut such as dumbell (2lbs) from Avon, arm sharper, Pati Halia Mustajab la Yusmira Celebrity's Choice Bio Essence...tapi kalau tidak rajin tidak lah gunanya.

Nways, this is another workout video I found on YouTube..."Slim & Sexy Arms". I just used my 2lbs dumbbells. Walaupun orang cakap ringan sangat, tapi suruh orang tu buat macam dalam video ni...terasa ok! Let's get our slim and sexy arms. Woot!Woot!

Cetry buat dulu...tengok...but obviously the model memang dah kurus kan...tapi nawaitu untuk mengecilkan lengan dah ada...insyaAllah boleh. Malaysia boleh! Eh?!

Oh that's a challege. It's not like I want to lose all that in 1 month...at least 3 months...dapat 5kg pon bersyukur...if 15kgs it's a bonus. InsyaAllah.

Ok. jom kita try exercise ni...best wooo. I did yesterday (vids #2) and today sakit pinggang...mungkin berkesan if buat secara rutin. According to Tiffany Rothe, a  combo of 10mins Booty Shaking, Sexy Back & Bikini Abs for at least 4 days a week to get good result. So, let's do this peeps. Sangat fun!

p/s: Those in the video tidaklah skinny mana...so tidaklah rasa stress tgk body mereka.

Who invented zipper?

Who invented zipper? No ... no..not Zippo the lighter, zipper the one on your cloth/pants, bags etc. The answer is Gideon Sundback who was born today 24 April 1880. He was a Swedish-American electrical engineer. Gideon Sundback is most commonly associated with his work in the development of the zipper. So today,  Google's latest doodle, a giant zipper running down the centre of the search engine's homepage, marks the birthday of Gideon Sundback, the Swedish-American electrical engineer most commonly associated with the development of the fastening device that revolutionised the clothing industry.
Before Sundback's intervention, the idea for a fastener based on interlocking teeth had circulated among engineers for more than 20 years but no one had perfected it.
His innovation was to place a dimple on the underside of each tooth and a nib on the top that would sit securely within the dimple of the tooth above it.
As a result, the join between two rows of teeth was then strong because no single tooth has enough room to move up or down and come apart. He also created the manufacturing machine for the new zipper.
Born on April 24, 1880, in Småland, Sweden, he moved to Germany following his studies and emigrated in 1905 to the US, where he started to work at Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
A year later, he was hired to work for the Universal Fastener Company in Hoboken, New Jersey, and became its head designer in 1909.
Sundback initially proposed the new zipper as a replacement for hook-and-eye fasteners on women's boots but it had become a regular feature for the flies of trousers and on dresses by the 1930s.
Sundback died of a heart condition in 1954 and was interred at Greendale cemetery in Meadville, Pennsylvania.

Love Story: Tony Roma's Yap Kwan Seng

I'm a bit dissapointed. One of my fav hang out place a.k.a. tempat percintaan Bo & Ayna Tony Roma's Jalan Yap Kwan Seng is temporary closed for renovation. After a series of investigation (hehe), it was closed sebab terbakar...probably the kitchen. So, kalau nak makan TR's delicious ribs, pg outlet lain ye...Pavillion, The Gardens, Mont Kiara or e@Curve.


Latest update: Tony Roma's Yap Kwan Seng is now closed sudah jadi Las Vacas. Good food juga.

Kaw ke Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw?

Everybody is goin ga ga over Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw!!! Kaw ke? Oh!memang kaw. Sebulan xnak makan burger sbb tersangatlah kaw nya!Saya terjebak kerana pada suatu malam yang hening, saya dan hubby lapar. We wanted to have sushi but hubby balik lewat ... almost 9.50 pm we all sampai, Sushi King sudah mau tutup. Disebabkan lapar so kena cari makan jgk. So I suggested why don't we try that famous delicious Burger Bakar, he agreed. We googled for map...(even the famous Khairy Jamaluddin @ KJ tweeted about this)

A bit confusing la the map, but lucky my hubby knows selok belok map. If u from MRR2, easier to get there. So we reached there at about 10.40pm...and the ramai gila ding dong ahh...orang tengah beratur. I almost gave up, but bukan senang nak sampai sana. So kugagahi jua. Cari parking pon susah, so i just tunggu saja in the car while hubby pg order. Siap ada no. giliran, nokkk!!!

Nak tahu berapa lama we all tunggu?...hmmm...sampai tersengguk2 saya di dalam kereta uollss. Tengok jam dah nak kul 12tgh mlm pon x siap2 lagi burger kami. I almost gave up...sebab lapar sangat kan. So after almost 2 hours (yes 2 hours!!!) burger bakar sudah kesampaian. Hubby ordered Set Happiness - RM10...ada burger, 2 sosej and drinks...we tapau sahaja sebab tak ada tempat nak duduk. I didn't snap any picture cos my BB kong...and by the time sampai rumah we all terus lahap...lapar kot! Nway, here's the pix from Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw Official FB.

So, kepada yang ingin cuba try...sila datang awal. Kalau boleh alas perut dulu...sempat gastrik kalau tunggu lama sangat. Operation hours: 7.45 pm - 2.00 am. Closed every Mondays.

Memang tidak rugi mencubanya. Sedap dan awesome!!!

Step 1 : Put on the Long Girdle

(1) Lipatkan bahagian pinggang dan dan kaki seluar dalam
(2) Sarungkan seperti memakai seluar dalam biasa
(3) Masukkan tangan di bahagian punggung dan tarik lebihan lemak ke atas
(4) Perbetulkan kedudukannya agar selesa
**untuk mudah pakai,kene bukak kaki besar sket,ala2 kekuda gitu...pastu joget2 sket sambil nak pakai...heh
mula2 memang rasa ketat sket but in few weeks u akan familiar and senang sgt nak pakai...!!**



Step 2 : Put on the Long Bra

(1) Tundukkan padan 90 darjah dan sarungkan bra ke badan dan letakkan payu dara ke dalam cawan bra (pastikan semua daging payudara masuk cantik ke dalam cup bra
(2) Lekatkan cangkuk di bahagian belakang
(3) Tarik semua lebihan lemak yang ada di bahagian belakang dan bawa ke hadapan (masukkan ke dalam cawan bra).
(4) Laraskan tali bra supaya dapat kedudukan yang selesa.
(5) Betulkan kedudukan bra
**kalau tangan x sampai ke belakang,and xde sapa nak tlg cangkuk kan..boleh berkemban pakai kain batik or ape2 kain dulu.then cangkuk kat depan dulu baru turn ke belakang...sbb kalau tanpa kain alas,PB x boleh turn sbb dah lekat kat badan**



Step 3 : Put on the Waist Nipper

(1)Letakkan rama-rama diamond terletak di tengah dada
(2)Lekatkan kesemua cangkuk(patut berada di tulang rusuk kiri badan)
(3)Betulkan kedudukannya
(4)Tarik tali pelaras
(5)Tahan nafas dan cangkukkan ke depan
(6)Pastikan ianya selesa
**make sure bahagian tali2 yg kat belakang tu selari dengan tulang belakang kita**

Tak rugi pon kalau nak try ...

After 5 months ....

So, I put on weight. After 5 months kahwin, I gained 5 kgs…that means 1kg/month. Nak salahkan siapa? Sendiri salah la…haha plus my friends suggested me to take folic asid untuk preparation to get pregnant. But rupanya antara side effect consume folic asid is “akan menambahkan selera makan”. I think my body dah cukup vitamin menyebabkan bila ambil folic acid, I put on weight instead of pregnant…mengandungi lemak hehe. So for the time being I decided to stop first. Kalau ada rezeki untuk pregnant, insyaAllah ada kan.

Disebabkan penambahan berat yang mendadak, saya menyelongkar my wardrobe mencari “Premium Beautiful (PB)” yang disimpan selepas berjaya berkahwin. Hahaha

Sepatutnya, nak sentiasa beautiful kena la maintain pakai…but lepas kahwin “rajinnnn sangat” nak sarungkan PB.

So today is my 2nd day pakai PB full set and pakai baju kurung pon ah macam sarung nangka…(adoiiyaiii!!!) and 2nd day percubaan untuk tidak makan nasi. Dapat turun 5 kg pon kira oklah…tp kalau 10kg…lagi bagus. Jimat duit beli baju baru.

Wish me luck, yeah…

Nak join gym…I dah serik. I don’t want to pay almost RM200/monthly and tak semua facilities yang kita akan pakai. So, I’m searching for aerobic classes or zumba near ampang or pandan area. Orang sekarang dah tak buat aerobic... because it is soooo Windows 95 (like BoBoi’s dialog), but to me it’s like the most effective way la. Tengok mak2 kita dulu sgt fit ok! Sekarang orang berzumba… I tried once. Yes memang fun. Body jam at fitness first pon best. But I don’t want to invest duit anymore..dulu2 boleh la. So, if anyone knows any aerobic classes / zumba kat pandan area (pandan jaya/desa pandan dan sewaktu dengannya or ampang) please let me know yeah…

Online shopping is dangerous...and FUN!!! You can get good deals/discounts on food, traveling, stuff you don't really need, beauty fix (esp. wax job!!!). It is fun but dangerous...esp to your credit card. I usually will think first before I click the "BUY NOW" button. I actually bought my "Honeymoon Gateway" from Groupon. It was a "3 Days 2 Nights Beach Holiday for 2 at Swiss-Garden Golf Resort & Spa Damai Laut in Lumut, Perak + Daily Buffet Breakfast for ONLY RM399 instead of RM1,508.00. We had fun...but the place was packed with human who came from everywhere in Malaysia. Well, we went there during the loooongggg public holiday.

hmm.. I also bought "Fresh Look Color Contact Lense" for RM33 instead of RM70 per box and....last week I purchased Tony Roma’s Bountiful Beef Ribs - Roma Rack for RM29.90 instead of RM62.50. Can't wait to eat those ribs with my darling boo.

Last year,I remembered purchased 2 TGV tix and TGV pop corn combo from MyDeal.Com. Hopefully they will make that deal again.

Hola!!! It has been ages since I last updated my blog. Not busy but just lazy. Anyway, it’s never too late to wish y’all Happy New Year!

I am sure there is many newly married couple out there is looking forward to become pregnant. But tell ya, it’s not that easy you know…hehe. You gotta learn and know when you are most fertile. Yeah, I know we learnt this back in school but that was like ancient years ago, right?!
