After 5 months ....

So, I put on weight. After 5 months kahwin, I gained 5 kgs…that means 1kg/month. Nak salahkan siapa? Sendiri salah la…haha plus my friends suggested me to take folic asid untuk preparation to get pregnant. But rupanya antara side effect consume folic asid is “akan menambahkan selera makan”. I think my body dah cukup vitamin menyebabkan bila ambil folic acid, I put on weight instead of pregnant…mengandungi lemak hehe. So for the time being I decided to stop first. Kalau ada rezeki untuk pregnant, insyaAllah ada kan.

Disebabkan penambahan berat yang mendadak, saya menyelongkar my wardrobe mencari “Premium Beautiful (PB)” yang disimpan selepas berjaya berkahwin. Hahaha

Sepatutnya, nak sentiasa beautiful kena la maintain pakai…but lepas kahwin “rajinnnn sangat” nak sarungkan PB.

So today is my 2nd day pakai PB full set and pakai baju kurung pon ah macam sarung nangka…(adoiiyaiii!!!) and 2nd day percubaan untuk tidak makan nasi. Dapat turun 5 kg pon kira oklah…tp kalau 10kg…lagi bagus. Jimat duit beli baju baru.

Wish me luck, yeah…

Nak join gym…I dah serik. I don’t want to pay almost RM200/monthly and tak semua facilities yang kita akan pakai. So, I’m searching for aerobic classes or zumba near ampang or pandan area. Orang sekarang dah tak buat aerobic... because it is soooo Windows 95 (like BoBoi’s dialog), but to me it’s like the most effective way la. Tengok mak2 kita dulu sgt fit ok! Sekarang orang berzumba… I tried once. Yes memang fun. Body jam at fitness first pon best. But I don’t want to invest duit anymore..dulu2 boleh la. So, if anyone knows any aerobic classes / zumba kat pandan area (pandan jaya/desa pandan dan sewaktu dengannya or ampang) please let me know yeah…
