Premium Beautiful: How to wear it!

First of all, I'm not the dealer of PB (used to join the team, but i just bought for personal use) but SAYA ADALAH PENGGUNA PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL (PB)...hehe...nak kurangkan kg kan...

So, i want to share the right way to wear your PB. Found this in the internet. Bukan curi but terlupa link. To the owner thanx for sharing. I hope you don't mind me sharing your info here. Sharing is caring kannnn...


Step 1 : Put on the Long Girdle

(1) Lipatkan bahagian pinggang dan dan kaki seluar dalam
(2) Sarungkan seperti memakai seluar dalam biasa
(3) Masukkan tangan di bahagian punggung dan tarik lebihan lemak ke atas
(4) Perbetulkan kedudukannya agar selesa
**untuk mudah pakai,kene bukak kaki besar sket,ala2 kekuda gitu...pastu joget2 sket sambil nak pakai...heh
mula2 memang rasa ketat sket but in few weeks u akan familiar and senang sgt nak pakai...!!**



Step 2 : Put on the Long Bra

(1) Tundukkan padan 90 darjah dan sarungkan bra ke badan dan letakkan payu dara ke dalam cawan bra (pastikan semua daging payudara masuk cantik ke dalam cup bra
(2) Lekatkan cangkuk di bahagian belakang
(3) Tarik semua lebihan lemak yang ada di bahagian belakang dan bawa ke hadapan (masukkan ke dalam cawan bra).
(4) Laraskan tali bra supaya dapat kedudukan yang selesa.
(5) Betulkan kedudukan bra
**kalau tangan x sampai ke belakang,and xde sapa nak tlg cangkuk kan..boleh berkemban pakai kain batik or ape2 kain dulu.then cangkuk kat depan dulu baru turn ke belakang...sbb kalau tanpa kain alas,PB x boleh turn sbb dah lekat kat badan**



Step 3 : Put on the Waist Nipper

(1)Letakkan rama-rama diamond terletak di tengah dada
(2)Lekatkan kesemua cangkuk(patut berada di tulang rusuk kiri badan)
(3)Betulkan kedudukannya
(4)Tarik tali pelaras
(5)Tahan nafas dan cangkukkan ke depan
(6)Pastikan ianya selesa
**make sure bahagian tali2 yg kat belakang tu selari dengan tulang belakang kita**

After 5 months ....

So, I put on weight. After 5 months kahwin, I gained 5 kgs…that means 1kg/month. Nak salahkan siapa? Sendiri salah la…haha plus my friends suggested me to take folic asid untuk preparation to get pregnant. But rupanya antara side effect consume folic asid is “akan menambahkan selera makan”. I think my body dah cukup vitamin menyebabkan bila ambil folic acid, I put on weight instead of pregnant…mengandungi lemak hehe. So for the time being I decided to stop first. Kalau ada rezeki untuk pregnant, insyaAllah ada kan.

Disebabkan penambahan berat yang mendadak, saya menyelongkar my wardrobe mencari “Premium Beautiful (PB)” yang disimpan selepas berjaya berkahwin. Hahaha

Sepatutnya, nak sentiasa beautiful kena la maintain pakai…but lepas kahwin “rajinnnn sangat” nak sarungkan PB.

So today is my 2nd day pakai PB full set and pakai baju kurung pon ah macam sarung nangka…(adoiiyaiii!!!) and 2nd day percubaan untuk tidak makan nasi. Dapat turun 5 kg pon kira oklah…tp kalau 10kg…lagi bagus. Jimat duit beli baju baru.

Wish me luck, yeah…

Nak join gym…I dah serik. I don’t want to pay almost RM200/monthly and tak semua facilities yang kita akan pakai. So, I’m searching for aerobic classes or zumba near ampang or pandan area. Orang sekarang dah tak buat aerobic... because it is soooo Windows 95 (like BoBoi’s dialog), but to me it’s like the most effective way la. Tengok mak2 kita dulu sgt fit ok! Sekarang orang berzumba… I tried once. Yes memang fun. Body jam at fitness first pon best. But I don’t want to invest duit anymore..dulu2 boleh la. So, if anyone knows any aerobic classes / zumba kat pandan area (pandan jaya/desa pandan dan sewaktu dengannya or ampang) please let me know yeah…

THINGS I PURCHASED FROM GROUPON & MYDEAL.

Online shopping is dangerous...and FUN!!! You can get good deals/discounts on food, traveling, stuff you don't really need, beauty fix (esp. wax job!!!). It is fun but dangerous...esp to your credit card. I usually will think first before I click the "BUY NOW" button. I actually bought my "Honeymoon Gateway" from Groupon. It was a "3 Days 2 Nights Beach Holiday for 2 at Swiss-Garden Golf Resort & Spa Damai Laut in Lumut, Perak + Daily Buffet Breakfast for ONLY RM399 instead of RM1,508.00. We had fun...but the place was packed with human who came from everywhere in Malaysia. Well, we went there during the loooongggg public holiday.

hmm.. I also bought "Fresh Look Color Contact Lense" for RM33 instead of RM70 per box and....last week I purchased Tony Roma’s Bountiful Beef Ribs - Roma Rack for RM29.90 instead of RM62.50. Can't wait to eat those ribs with my darling boo.

Last year,I remembered purchased 2 TGV tix and TGV pop corn combo from MyDeal.Com. Hopefully they will make that deal again.

Hola!!! It has been ages since I last updated my blog. Not busy but just lazy. Anyway, it’s never too late to wish y’all Happy New Year!

I am sure there is many newly married couple out there is looking forward to become pregnant. But tell ya, it’s not that easy you know…hehe. You gotta learn and know when you are most fertile. Yeah, I know we learnt this back in school but that was like ancient years ago, right?!

To be honest, before this I couldn’t care less to write down when my last period. But, a friend told me that it will be useful once you are married. So, I took her advice.

Aha…she was right! I actually ask my best friend (which is still single) when is the right time to do “it”. She explained to me the details then asked me to check wiki…hahaha

So, I googled and zaman sudah maju. You can calculate your ovulation days online. Cool kan?! There are many websites out there but I like BabyMed. A very useful page there’s pregnancy, infertility, pregnancy and women’s health. Do check it out.

For Blackberry user, there is an application to calculate your most fertile days too!!! I just found out. So slow la me. Jarang browse my BB App World. You can download it to your phone from your App World (Search in Health & Wellness Apps)
