Ulcer Mulut?! Ouchhh



That's not mine! I had this ulcer since last week...i dunno how it happened. Most probably the weather or kurang minum air, tergigit bibir, perubahan hormon (percampuran hormon kot) or stress? For female sometimes in association with menstrual cycle and kekurangan vitamin especially B-Complex and acid folic. But in my case, I think sebab TERminum air in a boiling temperature. (Padan muka!)

According to Wikipedia :
"Mouth ulcers tend to be more common in women and those under 45. Mouth ulcers occur most frequently among 16-25 year olds,[6] and they rarely occur in anyone over 55.[6] The frequency of mouth ulcers varies from fewer than 4 episodes per year (85% of all cases) to more than one episode per month (10% of all cases) including people suffering from continuous recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS).[5] People over 45 years of age are the most affected by continuous mouth ulcers. [7]"

Tips Untuk Menghilangkan Ulcer:
1) Letak garam : pedih and sakit gila. but berkesan. never dare to try it.or berkumur dengan air garam.
2) Letak asam keping/ asam gelugor : tekapkan asam keping sebesar jari kelingking for a few seconds.pedih jugak.
3) Letak marjerin : petua mama. oh pedih jugak.but if sapu kat roti lagi sedap.
4) Letak serbuk nescafe : i did this one.pedih jugak.but sekejap je.i recommend this!
5) Beli ubat untuk ulcer mulut seperti Bonjela. There's one brand reccomended by pharmacist Orrepaste. Katanya lagi berkesan dari Bonjela.
6) Kurangkan makan makanan yang pedas-pedas and panas.
7) Untuk kelegaan sementara, tuam ulcer dengan ais. This is the best!!hehe

Tips To Prevent Mouth Ulcer:
1) Pastikan minum air suam secukupnya.
2) Maintain oral hygiene. Berus gigi 2 kali sehari. Berkumur dengan Listerine.
3) If gigi/gusi sensitive, sila gunakan toothpaste and berus gigi yang sesuai.
4) Vitamin B complex and folic acid supplement will help.
5) If gigi tajam mcm raja bersiung, sila jumpa dentist berdekatan.
6) Amalkan hidup yang sihat. (ewahhh) dan kurangkan stress dalam kehidupan. Enjoy life. We only live once.

Bila ada ulcer, we can't enjoy our food and "freedom of speech" (in other word:gossiping). So, I hope readers out there (if any) can share their tips or try mine and see if it works for you.
